If I could give one star I would

If I could give one star I would. I ordered a hot coffee and it started leaking out of the cup. The second time I went, my whole order was wrong. Two very unhappy experiences and when I called to complain nothing was done about it.

Pretty darn fair coffee

A few years ago my son presented me with a bag of Black Rifle Coffee; as much as I wanted to love it, I could only rate it fair at best. Today I was at my local tactical shop and bought another bag. I wanted whole bean but had to settle for ground. I used the French press method as it usually produces an excellent cup a Joe. Once again, to my chagrin I fell far short of an orgazmic coffee drinking experience. I know the saying goes, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything, so here goes. I glad I bought it locally, from a very nice sales clerk, relieving me of the duty to also register a shipping grievance. Ooh, one more thing while I have your attention; your tv commercial, shooting the coffee can in the mortar round; I know it's ment to be satirical but on the way to satire it tripped on ridiculous.
Honestly, I really did want to be a true believer.

Hurry up and wait

Black rifle coffee company being veterans should know all about accurate shipping and logistics. In the military or thought about being ready deploy any moment hurry up and wait is it a key term used all the time yet this is what they do to their clients rather than the product and service the logistics are horrible they charge you for a membership a week before they ship certain things such as stock items that you would believe you would be willing to go out the next day at the latest in today’s society take forever they lose tracking information and orders constantly these guys must’ve been minimum troops! Making catching things which I’m finding out is high I hypocrisy move so they don’t really support patriotic ideas yet the liberal agenda

Never again

I really enjoyed their coffee, yes it costs more. I just ordered over $100, tried to do a second order for $80. They have a third party track and record what you order. I could not complete the second order, started getting emails and texts from the third party tracking. With all the "tech" control out there I do not need nor want another place that can be hacked for my info, or cards. Customer service said OPT out of the third party, that couldn't happen. Third party told me the number they texted me (and received), wasn't real. I am not interested in doing business with a company that shares my info and says oh well.

Whoaaa...What The Fork, over? Two IDENTICALLY worded glowing 5-star reviews posted from two different submitters...one on 03/08, the other on 03/10!!!???
C’mon, guys, you’re smarter than this, aren’t you? Is the Kyle Rittenhouse brew-ha-ha (pun intended) starting to damage your rep and sales so much that you have to rely on (not so) stealthy tactics? Multiple fake reviews, but too stupid to change the script! Shame on you. Drop and give me 50. Dopes!

I ordered over $100 worth of coffee on…

I ordered over $100 worth of coffee on 2/19/21. I knew with the snow across the states it would probably be delayed somewhere. Well, the shipping label wasn't even created until 2/27. That is on Black Rifle, not USPS. The rest is on USPS. The package was shipped from TN and arrived in Reno, NV on 3/3. It then was shipped and arrived in California on 3/5. It then went to Texas where it departed on 3/7. Mind you, I am in Pennsylvania, so I don't understand why the product was shipped all the way across the country and still hasn't made it's way back to me. There is no sense in contacting customer service as I see where their response was they couldn't get anything picked up for a week due to the storm. That's over and I still haven't gotten my coffee. it's a 12 hour drive from Nashville to my home, there is no good explanation for why that coffee hasn't reached me by now.

disappointed...

Unsure of whether or not I will continue supporting this company in the future. Distancing yourself from a true American and a patriot because of the triggered left's opinions, who buys black rifle and supports you?.... can't believe this coming from you guys... they call out EVERYONE for EVERYTHING, hell I'm a racist for even breathing now a days. You have the right to your opinion, but if you are doing this to save your public image it is a total failure! Your company supports and is supported by TRUE PATRIOTS! don't back down when you face the mob, this sets precedent.(P.S. I dont know any antifa scumbags that have a brew of Black Rifle in the morning.)

Difficult to cancel.

For all you that want to cancel a subscription they make it difficult. Got my first shipment of coffee and didn't care for it. Tried to call to cancel and could not get through. Used chat and they tried to sell me a different type of coffee, but said they could cancel if I still wanted too. I said cancel and then they came back and said I had to wait on a call from customer service. I waited 45 minutes and finally had to get on with my day. I guess they expect you to sit by the phone all day waiting on them. Not going to happen and I sent them an email saying I will dispute any future charges to my CC.
